The first case you create is already in one place for the whole team, and its summary is one click away. Alerts need cases to stay open beyond the threshold — thirty days by default, adjustable. Nothing requires you to enter everything before starting.
It reads the case you give it and writes a summary, at your request and only at your request. The case is not changed. Your content is not used to train AI models; the provider and its safeguards are named in the privacy policy.
A summary is a reading aid, not a decision: it may leave out or misstate a point, and it is for whoever reads it to check it against the case, which stays in front of them. A request that fails is not counted against you.
